Founding Sales Lead

About The Role:
As our Founding Sales Lead, you are the commercial engine of Nawa Systems. You will be responsible for executing our Go-to-Market strategy, building relationships with key decision-makers in government and finance, and closing the foundational contracts that will establish our market leadership. This is a role for a true "hunter" who can translate technical capabilities into strategic value for our clients.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline for our entire technology stack, from initial contact to contract signature.
- Lead high-level engagement with ministries and C-level executives at major financial institutions.
- Translate interest generated from our marketing and thought leadership into qualified meetings and readiness assessments.
- Work directly with the CEO and JV partners to shape commercial strategy and define the path to revenue.
Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About The Role:
As a foundational member of our technical team, you will design, build, and deploy the core machine learning models that power our sovereign AI solutions. Your first mission will be to enhance and productize our "Sovereign IDP Accelerator," which has already proven its ability to achieve high accuracy on handwritten Arabic forms for a national social subsidy program.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the technical design and implementation of ML systems for document analysis, computer vision, and identity verification.
- Work with our government and financial services partners to understand their unique data and security constraints.
- Build robust, scalable, and secure deployment pipelines for models intended for on-premise and air-gapped environments.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of our technology roadmap and help build the engineering culture from the ground up.
